Can folks recommend the appropriate Lemmy community for general discussion among people working in the IT field? Programmers, sysadmins, help desk, dba, all griping and bragging about work.

Not able to recommend a community that sounds like what you’re looking for (maybe you could start it?), but here’s something along the lines of what I think you’re looking for:
I helped a user last week who didn’t know they could drag to select multiple items. In 2025, who doesn’t know that? It blew his mind.
