Posting here since the boost sub on Reddit is completely locked.
As of a few hours ago the Boost for reddit app is giving me 403 errors and won’t load anything at all. I’ve been continuing to use Boost for Reddit since the app-ocolypse since im a mod. But it seems like it might actually be dead now?
Can anyone else confirm?

I confirm, it’s giving me 403 error too and repatching didn’t help…
In the same boat as you, had a small community I was moderating that saved me from the initial purge. Might come back in a while, but if it doesn’t, I’m not going through the effort to get back in. Lemmy could use more users anyways.
didn’t realize this past was about boost for reddit not lemmy, I almost thought there was a real problem.

Same, even with the custom API key. Guess we’re gonna have to spoof the user agent too.

Looks like Reddit blocked it.
RedReader is working.
You can use revanced to patch it, though it takes a bit of googling and tinkering. I did this with rif a while ago and it’s worked perfectly since.
