For me it was low rise boot cut jeans, tight v neck tops, belly/tube tops, bandanas and chokers, shirts with other shirts layered underneath, butterfly clips, camo, candy necklaces, lots of abercrombie around, and tons of glitter everywhere.
I was in elementary school but I vaguely remember the layering shirts thing. Didn’t do it that much because I got hot, but it was commonly sold in stores and occasionally gifted to me.

So, so many black t-shirts with sarcastic text on them. You wear 1 or 2 and then it’s all you get from your relatives for the next 3 years. I grew up in hell (the rural deep south) so it fit my mood, haha.
Edit: whoops, I didn’t realize this was femalefashionadvice. I identified as female at the time if that counts?
Yeah, I interpret it as feminine fashion. I’m not the most female of females in the world either, but wearing/discussing things most people consider women’s clothing probably fits here.

So many layered tops, doc martins, jnco jeans or at least wide leg or boot cut low rise. The baby tshirts and chokers. Definitely had some surplus camo pants. Leather jackets. Dickies. Etc.
jnco pants and band t’s. i still wear band t’s to go to the gym.
I wore a lot of the same fashions, but I specifically remember thinking I looked hot in white eyeshadow, body glitter and hair mascara.
A neon green shirt with a shark on it! I was like 8
