Apparently Aminata was fasting yesterday too (first day of Ramadan) so girl was h a n g r y by the time she had that match too, even more impressive.

Same. Hart’s only had a couple matches since she returned from injury, so she can afford to eat some losses right now without it hurting her in the long run, so its a real nice win for Aminata.
That was my thought. Hart can take a loss to push Aminata without damage.
I do kind of hate that they did the Hounds of Hell no chains no gods promo and have pretty much lost since then.

Okada seems so lame in AEW. It’s like Tony only knows what to do with 25% of these big hires he brings in and the rest he just has them flail around for a while.
Bear in mind: This is what Okada wants to do.
I’m sure Tony wants to have Ye Ol Rainmaker™ with the world title on every episode like some fans do but Okada literally spent years busting his ass as the Ace of NJPW carrying the company on his shoulders, he’s in his Shinsuke phase now. He chose AEW because he wanted to have fun with his friends and cash a paycheque NJPW could never afford to give him while not having to be at the top of the card all the time.
The Rainmaker is still there, but we’re not gonna be getting the Wrestle Kingdom special every month like we did 5-10 years ago cause he doesn’t need to do that anymore.
On top of that he’s been getting mad crowd pops for almost 3y now just by saying bitch and flipping the bird, he’ll be fine lmao.
I swear every Okada interaction is just gold.
