    don’t make 2 new difficult goals. you either change your life by waking up early or by working out. but once you combine them it becomes far too difficult of a change.

    Step 1. Be honest with yourself Step 2. Do something you enjoy

    If you don’t like waking up early then don’t. If you hate the gym then find something else
