On lemmy, you can use !jerboa@lemmy.ml and it’ll autolink to each user’s instance of that community url.
Sorry, what do you mean by “on Lemmy”? And where would I use that command?
On lemmy in a comment or post as opposed to like texting a friend a link. It’s not a command, it’s just typing ! nameofcommunity @ instanceURL
But that’s not what the, want.
What they want is a “Share”-option for an entire community I sted of only sharing posts or comments.
I think this is a very reasonable request.
