      Thats literally why the bill of rights and due process exist. Legally and constitutionally everyone has a right to privacy and due process.

          Criminals have rights too. And I think it’s sus that you went straight to child porn and trafficking. Most people just used it for drugs.

          Yes, thats literally why due process exists. Its also why the court system is innocent until proven guilty and eveyone has a right to a lawyer.
