Huh. Hunting voles, which are currently in an overpopulation boom. On one hand, good for them. Sounds like a natural way to help curb the population(should this behavior prove widespread enough across the species).
On the other hand, I’m going to go ahead and stock up on .22 in case one of the little bastards decides to look at me funny. Death by Squirrel isn’t the way I wanna go, at least let it be an opossum or raccoon in a freak rehabbing accident.
They’re sneaky and devious. I’m legitimately concerned that they’re developing a taste for blood.
We are definitely going to get some shitty horror movies about this.
Finally, a worthy subject of the successor to the movie The Birds.
Death by Squirrel isn’t the way I wanna go
Then you won’t want to watch The Scurry or this (I don’t think the film ever happened).
The film supposedly has been rescheduled to 2025, probably, as the director needed advanced animation techniques which weren’t available in 2014 ;-)
Looks to me like that date is automated and keeps moving forward until a film is released. There’s been no news from a reliable source since 2013.
That’s also an option. “It’ gonna release next year, … for sure, … really, … trust me bro”.
Then I’d probably have to watch Zombeavers again to see cute little murderous critters.
Always good to see another apex predator evolving.
I remember reading a long time ago that red squirrels were the top predator of juvenile rabbits.
