Really? Looks like a malignant tumour to me.
Semen does not live in the balls. Sperm does. Semen in humans is Sperm + fluids from the prostate and seminal glands. Sperm accounts for a tiny percentage of the semen volume.
So without the little swimmers in it, fluid from the prostate doesn’t count as semen? Fascinating stuff.
I guess it still counts as semen. It’s the seminal fluids.
