ShaveYourEyebrows drawing of a woman with an unamused squinting face surrounded by a 4 point circular flow chart. Chart reads:

I meet someone -> We talk -> I discuss the benefits of making Estrogen Pills available to purchase at TESCO -> They leave -> I meet someone…

I want estrogen to be sold at every business on earth. In fact, I think theaters should only be allowed to sell popcorn if they also sell estrogen! Bars should all have estradiol valerate on tap, vending machines must dispense progesterone, and all cosmetics should have the option to include transdermal e within them.

It’s not a bug it’s a feature. If we’re already doing something as radical as making HRT available to purchase at Tesco, might as well sell it as injections. Or DIY. Be trans do crime frfr

when you swallow a pill it goes through your liver first which reduces its potency and is bad for your liver. by taking it sublingual it would go directly to your blood but sublingual is annoying. transdermal (gel) also goes directly to the blood, just like injections.

I’m bad at this stuff, just read the wikipedia instead: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_pass_effect
