Did aliens settle in Kentucky? I missed that story.

Kentucky is almost entirely occupied by Kobolds now. Some one brought a pair home from the Realms, and you know how that goes. They’re cute as pups, but before you know it they’re raiding your villages and occupying your ancient tombs.

Not aliens, bourbon barrels. Bourbon barrels outnumber people in this part of the world.

I’ve been, but everyone looked essentially hominid to me. Maybe on the weird end of the hominid scale, but…

This is true, but Patrick from sponge Bob looked vaguely hominid too, and likely is smarter than most humans in Kentucky (see what I did there Donald? Patrick is smarter than you, and we both know it).

Donald is one of my cousins from Kentucky that is absolutely hominid looking, but is so far from being human that even aliens can’t imitate him successfully. We’re reasonably certain that he is some kind of hybrid life form based on a rock and a mange ridden monkey. There is some debate as to him having a ricke for a brain, or if his head is just empty, but it’s certain that he smells like a monkey.

I’m from Kentucky and I feel pretty alien most of the time. Would not be surprised to find out my ancestors came here in a flying saucer instead of a covered wagon.

I was trying to figure out where it was because I heard about this place, which sounded pretty cool, especially the art stuff. But it’s kind of far for me for a day trip (over 3.5 hours), so I probably won’t be going any time soon.

I want to go, but we would have to find someone to take care of our dogs since it wouldn’t be a day trip, so it will require some planning.

In contrast to West Virginia, a dwarven region known for laying mountains low.
