Trump claims to have the records to prove Willy Brown was on the helicopter. So either he almost died twice, or Trump is calling Holden and Brown both liars.

Also, the suit, which he will never file, would be against the NYT for reporting that Brown denied being in the flight. All the NYT needs to do is produce evidence of Brown’s denial and the case is over.
