Submitting other people to unwanted 2nd hand smoke is a dick move no matter what it is. It’s not about what the drug does it’s about how it’s consumed. If weed is legal there I bet he’d be allowed edibles. THAT SAID ITS A FUCKING PHISH CONCERT, isn’t a bong part of the ticket?
