Got my blood tests back and I have low testosterone so I have 2 choices.
-
do a bunch of hard and long term fixes to try and drag it kicking and screaming up to as high as I can.
-
Take the results to a TRT clinic, get on “the good shit” be able to adjust my dosage to get to the high end of whats naturally possible, get jacked but possibly have my nuts shrivel up and not be able to have any more kids…
Shitty decision.

Having a short work week is nice. But, man, if I’m not ready for a vacation. 3 weeks to get through.
Doing ok: in-laws took the kids yesterday. My wife and I were able to take some pretty sweet naps.
This week is so much. I just had a day of feeling very adult in a bad way. Important talks at my job and my landlord was in my flat to look at some mold. I had anxiety the whole time before today. But tomorrow will be the longest day ever since the school kids will sleep at school where I work. Means I’m probably not going to sleep and I’m already so exhausted before it even started.
On the whole though, things are moving forward. Thanks for asking
Had a great weekend with friends and family. However, stressed about new responsibilities at the new job with departing senior. Current issue is: what’s for lunch!?
Surprisingly well. I was on vacation Monday and Tuesday, and had some great quality time with my other half. Then today at work I got a huge unexpected bonus and a plaque commemorating my recent hard work. Feels good bros.
Dad had a heart attack last Thursday, so I was up at the parents’ house over the weekend to help out a little. He’s recovering nicely.
Started going back to therapy earlier this month to deal with the stress from a sudden change at work. Coming to the realization that I may have ADHD or something like that, and wondering if it’s worth the effort to get an official diagnosis.
Also, need to sit down with a financial planner so I can start taking concrete steps towards my goal of being able to retire early…but have been putting that off due to the aforementioned ADHD.
Sounds like you’re handling a difficult time pretty well. Good stuff.
For financial planning I found it much easier to change my current account to a bank that automatically categorises and displays spending data really well in their app. Budgeting is easier when you have tools to make it easier.
Not bad. Did the Ride London 60 on Sunday, pondering whether I should try the 100 next year. It went ok
Just got demoted in duties (but not pay) at work last week. Trying to focus on the upsides of lower responsibility and stress (it was an on-call position for a VIP) while catching my replacement up on all the landmines that he’ll want to try to avoid. Otherwise happy.
Exhausted after 8 hours in an amusement park. I can’t go on most rides because of my BPPV, that annoys me so much.
