    I don’t think you can make the argument that any diet is efficient, at the end of the day all of them are restrictions on what you can eat

      I think you’d would have to specify the parameters the diet is supposed to be efficient to before determining if a diet is efficient.

      Maybe you consider how much energy went into the production of the food, or cost, or perhaps an efficient diet is one single meal a day with the appropriate nutrients. There’s just too many metrics by which someone could judge efficiency.
