Take note, voters! Vote Blue! None of this would be happening under Democratic leadership.

Students are disrupting power in such a way that asks the people in charge to confront their terrible politics. They must be repressed.

It’s the children who are wrong.

Not saying that this isn’t perfectly valid criticism, and I’m not going to admonish someone for not voting for someone they despise. However i would sincerely like to know how you think not voting would materially benefit leftist?

I could see that it may show the democratic party that they are out of touch with the youth of america, but I’m not quite sure that would really work. We kinda already did that when Clinton lost after the DNC turned on Bernie. From that we got a trump presidency, and the DNC ran with a 90 year old Zionist.

Again, not blaming people who chose not to vote for Clinton or not vote in general for Trumps election. Clearly if the Democrats want to run a bad candidate, it’s their election to loose. However, the situation kinda feels like being trapped on a train with a crazy violent person and deciding you would stab yourself in hope that the crazy person doesn’t stab you.

Edit: could have made myself a little more clear, what I was wanting to ask is

Leftist whom are abstaining from voting, do you believe that it’s just a valid moral imperative, or are their further material motivations?

Personally I think ethical reasoning is all you really need, but I would be interested in hearing from anyone who thinks this could theoretically eventually lead to material changes that would benefit the working class, or at least the Leftist cause.

I don’t think not voting in it of it’s self would do much, but if you are not focusing on participating in that system you can put more effort into things that actually achieve anything (this is me more talking from a broad perspective, obviously for a single Individual going an casting a doesn’t require much effort, but researching things about the candidate and being up to date with all of that requires a lot of effort)

Or maybe jumping out of a building that got hit by a plane? They did that on live TV.
