Honestly, I live by it when it comes to my running. Gives me structure and a plan
Do you subscribe or use the free thing? I’ve set it up. Recovering from an injury atm so having an adaptive plan might be motivating.
I’ve mostly used the paid version, but there was a period of time where I was on the free version
The thing I like about it is the adaptiveness. So if I miss a day or the like, my plan isn’t throw off. It just rebuilds.
In theory, it’s good for recovering from injury, as long as you are someone who can actually follow the plan and stick with safe recovery, rather than getting frustrated and running further/faster than it recommends (like me)
