Really good when I’ve got at least some fitness already, but not so great for replacing something like couch 2 5k. It schedules in really hard assessment runs so it can assess your performance, but they suck when you’re completely unfit. But once you’ve got some base fitness, it’s a really good way of mixing up different runs, and getting a plan that works around your availability, and also accounts for your missed sessions etc
