For me, Outer Wilds would be that game. I feel like I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I beat it a couple years ago.

I honestly didn’t like the final act of NITW.
<spoiler> The whole eldritch monster thing came totally out of nowhere for me, and ruined the down to earth vibe that the game had had up till that point. I felt like I was playing a game about being kids, it felt so real. Then suddenly monster murder mystery. </spoiler>
