They are clearly selling 7 pen for 12 dollar I don’t know why that is so confusing.

I always saw some with D1P5HTS around town and always thought it was Dipshits. Gave me a chuckle every time.

I’ve seen quite a few of those plates that were questionable. So I’d say probably not.
