      Super good, it is more of a noodle salad but its starting to get warm where I live and wanted some refreshing noodles

    Looks and sounds delicious. Do you have a recipe for it or did you just freehand this?

      Thanks, the cucumber was just shredded and the vegetables were just blanched. The soy sauce and rice vinegrette came from the package of rice noodles

      I used less sugar because I think it would have been too sweet for me. I only used about a 10 ml or like 2 teaspoons I guess
