A North Texas man has filed a class action lawsuit against Cinemark, claiming the movie theater chain is lying to customers about the size of its drinks.

    I understand that movie theaters make virtually no profit on ticket sales - it’s all about the snack counter. That doesn’t make it okay to intentionally deceive people, though.

    I hope they go after the cup manufacturer too.
