The data show the Democratic Party retaining advantages among people of color and young adults, but in 2023 it was in a weaker position among these groups than at any point in the past quarter century. Democrats’ reduced support among Black and Hispanic adults should be especially concerning for the party, given Republicans’ continued strength among White adults, who remain the majority of the electorate.

I really hope these disenfranchised voters still vote for the democrats regardless.

The alternative to Biden is a literal facist that claimed he would like to become a dictator for his first day back. This year is not the correct time to protest the current administration by abstaining or voting for another one.

Maybe instead of hoping the faceless masses do something differently you should focus your hopes and prayers (and voice) at the actual people making decisions. These aren’t random movements of sentiment, they’re in reaction to choices by powerful people who seem to think the solution is that everyone else needs to get on board with their preferred course of action.

The victory lap on the economy didn’t help. I feel like there was one millennial in the meeting and he got thrown out the window when he suggested they instead message about making things affordable again.
