For me it’s:

Picard > Janeway > Kirk > Archer > Sisko

I’m not really up on the new stuff so I can’t comment too much abut new captains, but feel free to include them if that’s your thing.

    Janeway would go later if Kirk wasn’t a character from the 60’s, for sure.

    Wasn’t a fan of disco, but I wish I got more Captain Michelle Yeoh. Shame what they did with her in that series.
