minus-square@vzqlink4•6 months agoYes, except that it’s not a conspiracy (plot) unless a) the other guy agrees and b) they do something other than talking (there is an overt act). But yeah, if I were police I’d keep a close eye on him and see who else he talks to and what else he does.
