I’ve been debating on having both. Mine has atrophied so much after orchi that its more like an oversized clitoris. I figured with PPV/Salmacian I could have the best of both, but also worried that I wouldn’t like it after the novelty wore off (but it’s been on my mind for over a year now, off and on).

Yes! I wouldn’t say it’s the most annoying part. Also, I have extra, personal reasons to not want to take extra risks in that area.

BTW, there’s a salmacian community on the fedi-verse. It was made by the mods of the subreddit.
