You may not like it, but the rules say “any operating system is fine”. I don’t like Windows either, but this post is technically correct.

Honestly I have no idea why non-unix OSs are allowed. Maybe its because this community is so small that the mods decided they want quantity over quality or consistency.

more just trying to say i got a new laptop lol, maybe should’ve showed more of my xp setup though because at least i actually did something there
Technically you need to do something cool like modifying it in a significant way, however if you want to follow the spirit of the community you need a Unix like OS (Linux, MacOS, FreeBSD, etc).
