Well it’s mainly I play games with steam off for more performance (yes I know it’s little to none but still) and back buttons, changing the LEDs and updating the controller, plus I’m trying to find accessories that have software that is Linux compatible, basically I want everything I have to be natively working on Linux, software and all.

Not sure, depends on the controller, the main reason is I want to be able to customize the LEDs for example, and able to update the controller if it needs it and back pedals too, I know steam can can change control buttons but some games I play without steam on for better performance.

Does it have a dedicated in game modding and full Linux support without proton? One of the two things is the reason I mainly just play Factorio for those kinda games.

I use voyager app, unsure about other apps or website, but check if your able to easily block users. Instances and communities, I usually scroll through the all free and block things I just can’t stand and are heavily just annoying, also has a ability to filter out keyword. Makes my browsing less depressing.

I have had problems with mine and my only solution was to make a virtual machine with windows and use the official Logitech software to change my buttons and dpi and save It to the mouse. Absolutely nothing else I found that works for me. I’m also on a steam deck so I Piper didn’t really work or solaar either.

Wasn’t there a couple of modders who was making the older elder scrolls game into the Skyrim engine? Wouldn’t it be easier on Bethesda to just hire them and other talented modders to do it?

Depends on the product and how inexpensive it is but generally avoid touch devices or anything with led or lights on them that are not needed because I don’t need a fucking touch display for something a button can do.
