I routinely go into Creative mode and wire/route the “perfect” ME controller every few months. It’s a fun puzzle to minimize the number of colors required.

If you like the retractable tip the graphgear 1000 is above the rotring 800(+) in my opinion because the tip is less wobbly.

My all time favourite pencil though is the pens Nero 0.3. The 0.2 eats through paper if you push too hard but the 0.3 feels like a 0.5 but writes noticably smaller and the lead being in the sleeve means that it doesn’t break constantly.

I am really into mechanical pencils and the Kuru toga is closer to a gimmick than something that actually helps lead if you write angled like I do. Maybe the kuru toga advanced is better but I write at a really steep angle that doesn’t consistently actuate the rotation mechanism so it’s been more annoying than useful. My experience with Del Gaurd is far more limited but it it very impressive from what I remember.

I’m really tired of the only good art is the stuff that hurts your soul perspective that so many people seem to have. I am at a point where I can not watch any more depressing shows because the real world is bad enough as it is, and I see no advantage to smashing my mental health into a wall to watch a show that makes a point that I probably already agree with.
