Well, he made the news in the EU. I’ve never seen a US vice president get this much attention in the media. All the bureaucrats in the EU are furious. Still a minority - let’s face it, EU is an overregulated socialist shithole - but there are quite some people glad someone it telling it like it is.

DOGE is indeed probably not enough - politicians all over the world have ignored long term problems for short term success (being elected). Voting for big spenders (just like Trump in his first term) is basically voting against a good future for your children.
Still not sure what to think of RFK Jr. From all the picks of Trump he sounds most Democrat to me. From what I’ve heard from him he loves to regulate and healthcare is already a very complicated and highly regulated industry.
They need to leave their bubble and explore other ideas. They are like cows that continuously chew on the same opinion. Only a few of them are currently interesting. Only Jon Stewart and Bill Maher come to mind.

I agree that the tariffs are a bad idea. Thomas Sowell has explained that very well in basic economics.
I still think this government is so much better than the previous one though. Someone needed to stop the endless growth of bureaucracy. Hopefully it will be cut dramatically before mid term.

We’re not worried - housing prices in the Netherlands are ridiculous especially Amsterdam that is only 2 meters above sea level. A disaster would wipe out half of our country but that unrealistic scenario will not happen. If folks would be worried they would relocate. They don’t.
