In the workplace & business everyone will be competing against others who are using it. You’ll be unproductive / uncreative living in the past if you don’t know how to use it as well as others. It’s not as simple as google search, it’s a conversation where you can add things into the results.

They could do away with the old “how much can you remember” type tests all together and grade by people’s practical skills with using real world tools.

IMO, ChatGPT should be a compulsory subject.

What do you want a lobby group to do for you? You can lobby yourself, spam the members of parliment. change.org, etc. Most people started off as renters at one point, they may not benefit but they’ll understand.

France’s pension pays more than the minimum wage. Here the aged pension is almost half of minimum wage. A lot of people there have planned their retirement assuming that they’ll get that nice pension.

In the future, most people here will be living off their super. Aged pension will be for people who haven’t worked much and the self employed because they don’t have compulsory super. The aged pension won’t affect too many people in the future.
