The national Democratic party is a collection of thousands of smaller local Democratic parties. We’ve abandoned the local parties, allowing the corporate rot to take over the national party. We don’t need a new 3rd party, we need to take control of the local Democratic parties which already have the infrastructure in place to fund raise and run campaigns.

I think infighting is the wrong word. When people say “Democrats are fascists” or “social democrats are very much liberal” it’s not infighting. It’s a targeted attack by right wing actors to suppress any sort of left wing coalition building.

You’re totally right. Democrats and Republics are exactly the same, there’s no reason to vote for a Democrat. Life in America is exactly the same now as it was in 2023, stay home on election day and definitely don’t vote for any Democrats.
