that was what i was referring to. its hidden only to me but others on it can see it. and multiple downvotes and blocking doesnt remove the image

got you. even if it could be vote based itd help. so as not not trouble the admin when ever we exp4erience a troll photo. the gallery says “if enough blocks are given the images wont show up at all” but that hasnt worked as new members experience it
