I love the premise of Signal, but there are too many red flags. Some of my issues are:

• Hostility against 3rd party clients
• US-based legal entity
• Too much tied with Google libs on android
• No official Fdroid support
• Open source claims are undermined by code blackouts from time to time.

seeing overpaid movie stars get replaced by ai will be fun.

trade always finds a way. one does not simply block trade.

AI Code suggestions will guide you to making less secure code, not to mention often being lower quality in other ways.

openstreetmap.org is a mappers website, not a map users website. It works great for mappers, but is horrible for people who want to use the map to find their way around.

I think the openstreetmap ecosystem really needs a better website for map users.
