Legit question, if you’re developing it specifically for the Steam Deck, why write it for Windows?
Israelis, in general, don’t care about the genocide or are actively cheering it on.
Indeed that seems to be the case:
68 percent of Israelis support a direct attack on Iran if its Lebanese proxy Hezbollah continues launching rockets at Israel
Among Jewish respondents, the poll also found 41% support for a long-term military occupation of southern Lebanon; 72% opposition to a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict; and 92% doubt the Palestinian Authority could be trusted to stop a repeat of October 7.
Sure but if there’s no power on the mobo, the device can’t do anything. Even if it sends an ACPI on signal, there’s no power. 🤷
What’s the use case for PoE? If the mobo can’t supply energy, there’s not much you can do via this device, right? What have I missed?
Indeed! My use case is so I can fix my home lab computers when I’m away.
Not quite. You connect this to your network, then you can remotely connect to it and control the computer it’s attached to. This includes sending ACPI signals, accessing the BIOS, etc. so it’s as though you had physical access to the machine, only remotely.
Barring actually pressing buttons, of course.
This is inspired by PiKVM. https://pikvm.org/
My field is software engineering. I agree.
I am aware of that. Unfortunately that’s not how I see it mostly used in the field.
The public keys can be stored anywhere, it doesn’t matter. That’s why they’re called public: because they’re not private, they’re not sensitive, they’re not a secret.
If you’re talking about CrowdStrike, I’d call it part of the malware infrastructure.
From the perspective of the OP’s point though, it is a good argument since it capitalises on the panic described.
They could be, but 2M new Brazilian users after Twitter’s block there actually seems quite low and definitely credible.
Ah NFS… It’s so good when it works! When it doesn’t though, figuring out why is like trying to navigate someone else’s house in pitch dark.
Upstream Firefox already have them on nightly. It should be released pretty soon.

FUD wars on Free and Open Source Software, shady deals with companies and governments to make them dependent on MS software and solutions, holding the web hostage to IE “standards”, …
That makes zero sense. Where did you get that idea from?
For reference, here are their docs describing key management. https://tailscale.com/blog/tailscale-key-management
I found Tailscale to be easier to install and configure than ZeroTier, and also to have better performance.
I have never used Twingate.
That’s great! I’ll give it a go again soon.
Whilst this is fair criticism, I was responding to complaints about the UX in other CADs.
Unfortunately no support for Ecovacs.
