the “bigger-boys”, as you put it, are currently fighting it together on appeal in a lawsuit. once the appeal is finished, it will probably head to the supreme court, where Kavanaugh has said it will likely be found unconstitutional.
the only way to get into whatever version of heaven you believe in is to kill as many nazis and zionists as you can.

this doesn’t kill the fediverse. mississippi can’t do shit to you if you aren’t in mississippi unless the state you’re in agrees to cooperate with them. and that’s only after they subpoena your hosting provider, which might not even cooperate with them at all if they are outside US jurisdiction. and if you go through cloudflare? that’s another subpeona from a corporation that doesn’t like revealing information about their users and has gone to federal court on many occasions to fight both state and federal governments.
any state that doesn’t have one of these laws on the books is unlikely to decide to extradite you for something that isn’t illegal where you live, especially since it’s not a criminal charge.
the only other links I found were reddit, and they had all been deleted for violating reddit rules. can’t have people celebrating cops getting their asses kicked. I imagine it’s somewhere on youtube, but there was weeks of protests so there’s many hours of video from them.
honestly I’m shocked the facebook one stayed up, they’re not any better than reddit for censoring protests. especially since this was filmed several years ago, it’s a wonder the video didn’t get zucked.
oh no!
anyway.
here’s my reply to another comment like yours:
that wouldn’t really be a hierarchy because there’s no authority involved. if you’re deferring to someone’s skill, that’s not authority, because you have the freedom to do that and it is voluntary. you or the other people can leave that association at any time.
a hierarchy is, as CrocodilloBombardino@piefed.social so sufficiently just put it, “an institutional set of involuntary command/control relationships”.

Russia doesn’t have to accept it.
I mean, it’s good till next year, so does it really matter all that much?
I have a meme just for this, hold on while I dig through my archive.
If you want to see something funny, check the video I posted on this fight below. It’s from a different angle, a closer one.
“Whom’s next?”
two popos. but he threw this one around again before running off.

he managed to fight this cop and one more, and throw this cop to the ground again before running off.

there was, they arrived just in time for the cop to get thrown to the ground a second time and for the protestor to run off.

the cop picked himself back up, and got thrown to the ground again.

yeah, and got thrown back down to the ground in almost the same fashion. and to top it off, the protestor was not caught.
the video of this is even better. the cop gets back up and proceeds to be thrown to the ground again before the protestor runs off.
It didn’t. The video of the riot in question that I posted shows that. Which is probably why they haven’t replied to the thread since.
But even if it did, a hook is also rotational force, and boxers still roll away from it to avoid or lessen the blow. I think if that was the wrong thing to do, they would have stopped doing it several decades ago.
In Nazi Germany, hiding a Jewish person was a crime punishable by death. But it was not violence, chaos, or destruction. Here in the US, there are many places where feeding a hungry person is against the law, and people have been arrested for it. Giving alms to a homeless person can get you put into prison. These are crimes, as declared by law.
Just because something is supposedly a crime, doesn’t mean it doesn’t make the world a better place.
I don’t have a link to this angle, but here’s a link to an angle where the camera is closer and on the other side
