I had a 3 prong approach to getting my stuff.
The python tool mentioned in the wired article, the reddit is fun newly added export feature, and redditmanager.com
Between those 3, I was able to get my public stuff (comments and posts), my stared/saved stuff, and all my rif clicked links (quite shocking/surprising the amount of data, but not that large mb wise)
I used my clicked links from the rif export to help build my RSS feed list
1000 comments and a separate 1000 posts for the python tool
I came across this pdf list while Google searching, but most websites have an RSS feed that you can Google to find the link or find directly from their own webpage.

As for what app I’m using, I came across a bare bones Android reader called Pure RSS
Windows 11 is saying you’re required to have tpm 2.0 enabled in your bios in order to upgrade. Didn’t know what it was on my self built computer until recently when windows said my system wasn’t compatible to upgrade.
