Same here. Definitely not life changing (not everything needs to be) but it was definitely entertaining.

#2 because ME [DO] WANT FOOD!
That makes sense. I guess more people than me are also sick of lemon since the orange scents are always out of stock.
Too soon.
But also, I laughed, so maybe right on time?
I’ve heard of Great News but haven’t watched it beyond the first episode or two. Wasn’t paying enough attention to it to really get drawn in. It’s still on my watch list though.
Overbearing parent characters can really go either way. In general, though, I agree with you. I feel like with Colleen, though, they just let Elaine Stritch do Elaine Stritch things, and I am here for it.
No, not in that order.
So your favorite character is Hazel?
I always liked Hazel since she was like Kenneth’s “Bad Janet”, but I did understand why some fans…weren’t fans.
Colleen is definitely in my top three favorites, though.
Excellent analysis. Going to feature this in the community for a while.
Even though I disagree about the second Q of J being the worst. That is one of my personal favorites.
“Can we have our money now?”
It’s ideas like that that make me sad I never learned how to follow a pattern and sew.
I’m actually planning on doing a series of “Promotional consideration” posts using fake products from the show. Please feel free to join in :)
Video link to the song since I haven’t seen UKS in forever and forgot that song existed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6yttOfIvOw
I haven’t watched SNL in forever, but I never cared for Fallon when he was doing the skits. Couldn’t put my finger on why at the time but that compilation pretty much sums it up. I thought he did okay with Weekend Update but Fey probably did a lot of heavy lifting there.
Mod Note:
My fellow dummies:
Please do not get into political shouting / discussions for IRL politics here. Politics referenced within the show are perfectly fine. Real world politics should be left at the door. OP this post is completely fine in case you’re wondering :)
I’m not going to remove any of the existing comments, but a new community rule has just been added to this effect - rules are like warning labels; we add new ones as the need arises.
I don’t like it I love it. I usually use Yarn which has a pretty big collection of 30 Rock quotes as gifs but only ones with dialog.
Jeff Richmond truly did Reagan his way through the whole series.
I’m on board with that!
I’ll see if I can figure out the best way to share some good parts of it then.
I’m leaning toward the audiobook since Fey narrates it herself, so I may have to follow along in the ebook to grab some excerpts. (The post image is just a stock photo because I don’t have a physical copy haha).
I haven’t even heard of “The 30 Rock Book” but from those reviews, I think I’ll keep it that way.
