I never had access to a fuck machine but I did once write some controls for an inflatable butt plug that was then controlled by various games. Among them Fallout 4 (a mix of radiation, health and AAF participants controlling the plug’s inflation) and Last Stand: Aftermath (infection progress and HP).
I can only encourage you in your current plan to keep the controls separate from the game. That gives you the option to easily transfer control to other games, random patterns, videos with funscripts, …
