Thank you. Yeah the plate is nice. Have them in different forms.
That sounds nice too. I will give it a try. Tbh the sauce is the best part of Schaschlik :D
Wash the chicken and season with salt and pepper, then fry. Remove from the pan and briefly fry the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add coconut milk, lime juice, salt, pepper, honey, cumin, chilli flakes and fish sauce. Add the fried chicken and leave to cook for 15 minutes. Finally, season to taste with lime zest. But your’s looks nice too! I’ll give it a try for sure!
You’re welcome
It is! And it has a nice “freshness” to it
Just salt and pepper and then fry it from both sides for a couple of minutes
Unfortunately, I don’t have exact quantities as I usually cook without a recipe. Take an onion and fry it together with the bacon. Season with a little salt, pepper and caraway. Leave to cool and then mix with crème fraiche or sour cream and the sauerkraut. Spread the mixture on bread rolls (the ones not fully baked yet) and sprinkle with cheese. Then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 10 minutes.
Yes it’s quite similar to Zwiebelkuchen. But I’m really not that good in making Zwiebelkuchen on my own :D
I use a grill from Roesle. The company is from Germany. I am very happy with the grill.
