    I love how the pictures show that people are currently comfortably living there. I’m guessing they ran out of money to re-finish the interiors after they gutted the downstairs to convert to an open plan, tacked up some plastic over the insulation, and just moved in anyway.

    British Columbia. All land value. You can ski like 50 mountains within an hour. This place needs 25k in siding or paint and another few thousand in dry wall or wood if you want to be fancy. It’s a great place.

    Realistically it is free. Anyone buying it is probably only interested in the land under it.

    The worse a property the more likely the pictures will be “high dynamic range”. 😂

      Like, my personality isn’t great right now, but I’ve definitely blocked off all the space for a really killer one.

    Holy shit. Exposed OSB board on the exterior, exposed, hanging electrical, how does this even have an occupancy permit!!?? The vapor barrier has been compromised on the exterior, but don’t worry we just put plastic on the inside of the walls so the moisture can’t reach us!
