I have a family member who is currently selling the S22 Ultra for 500€ (just the phone). I’m currently rocking a Note 10 Lite with the latest One UI 5.1 and have no major complaints. Is this worth it tho? I’ve hear how “faulty” the S22 line is, specially the exynos variants.

For what it’s worth I have never had any issues with any of the Exynos devices I have owned though I am not a power use and do not game so your mileage may vary depending on your use.

I’m not sure about the pricing for where you are, but my former Exynos S21 Ultra worked fine.

There was a really good promo on the S23 Ultra, which gave me an excuse to upgrade and pass my dual sim S21 Ultra over to my mom (along with a data SIM).

The Exynos inside the S22 is one of the worst Exynos I’ve ever used. Imagine how bad the Exynos of previous gens already are, but now even worse.

It heats a lot, very low efficiency and gets very slow for a major flagship. Passing from a S22 to an iPhone 14 it was like passing from a cheap Android to a major flagship. Shouldn’t have felt this way. I’d advise getting a refurbished iPhone for the same price, honestly. Samsung doesn’t really care about releasing flops.
