I think the problem for most is that the boss is too different from “standard” Sekiro bosses like Butterfly, Monk or Genichiro. The bull’s movement is super erratic, the attacks, at least for me, a little too unpredictable, and stance doesn’t matter too much overall compared to just raw damage. I might be remembering things wrong, though
The fight’s pretty easy if you fight it like a matador.
Run away, bait its charge attack, deflect, attack once or twice, repeat.
