    None of that changes the over abundance of the stuff I am specifically talking about. The amount of land and resources put into that industry are unnecessary. I understand what crop insurance is, and I am not trying to belittle farmers.

      How so? The majority of land that cattle are on cannot be properly used for plants. The soil and climate is not suitable for pretty much any crops without massive amounts of water and soil fertilizers. Look at what they’re doing in AZ when growing alfalfa hay which is shipped over seas to rich Arab countries for their race horses. That alone is sucking the aquafers dry.

      The over abundance is there specifically to make sure we all do not starve, the great depression is how it came about. You really don’t want a repeat of that. Millions would die.
