The example with the octopus isn’t really about stochastic parrots. It’s more about how LLMs are not multi-modal.

IMO it does not do a good job of disproving that “humans are stochastic parrots”.
The example with the octopus isn’t really about stochastic parrots. It’s more about how LLMs are not multi-modal.
