Depends on the mood, sativa when I want to get some thinking done or get really into somthing like researching or something. And indica when when I want to chill and play videogames. (I literally can’t watch TV with sativa lol, I start thinking about something few mins in the EP and stop watching lol)
BTW, I didn’t get panic attacks for years now, probably because it’s easy to manage the usage with my dry herb vape, regulate the temps and dose based on my desired high.
I hate that I can’t really do sativa. The mood boost is amazing, but I have to be super careful or I end up in Panicland.
I’m currently smoking some Bubba hybrid and, surprisingly, haven’t panicked once. I try to moderate my usage to get to a nice spot and then maintain it, but sometimes I go overboard.
