      He’s only touching the ones that are if you watch. I would assume the others are there to fill in keys they aren’t using to make it easier to play.

      Probably a limited number of notes actually required and the rest are just inserted for aesthetic reasons. It’s possible they’re all just props (although if they’re acidic, changes in electrical potential upon touch is a reasonable thing).

          Maybe, but it also really wouldn’t be hard to make this. The fruit would just work as touch buttons though, connected to a sync. But that’s how any modern electronic piano works
