I have this function for a few weeks now and its utterly baffling how uniquely unnecessary it is. I habe tried it out once out of pure curiosity and never touched it again.
What does it recommend? Based upon the color palate, does it offer videos hosting the same colors or is it more by feeling? Green/nature, blue/water, red/arson tutorials.
It recommends based on thumbnail colours… I’m… Just… What…
Exactly this, thank you Dr. Jan Itor!
Saw this pop up and was confused. Tried it and was even more confused…
Are they fucking thick?
What you’ve needs to do is let you have multiple subscription lists. Instead of ignoring half the things you subscribe to unless you click the bell (fucking shit idea) it should ad the sub to a named list: like video games, woodworking, game development, news.
Then show me recommendations per sub list.
Not fucking hard is it? Instead of recommending me videos IT KNOWS I’VE ALREADY WATCHED FULLY.
Newpipe has this
I didn’t even bother trying it, I saw that shit and pressed the X immediately.
How long till the popular channels start putting out 6 versions of the same video, each one tinted to a different colour, so they fit every recommendation?
Target demographic revealed
I have nothing to say about this, just wanted to comment because I’m a huge fan of Cracking the cryptic, and I love seeing their channel out in the wild
