Interessant, dass sich Lemmy einen Absatz aus der Mitte gegriffen hat. Der Anriss ist der hier:
The European Union wants elderly people (70+) to undergo medical tests from now on to prove that they are still capable of driving a car every five years. However, the proposal has been met with a lot of criticism.
Very anecdotal but in Ontario they have to retake a written test at 80 I think. My grandfather passed and got his license reinstated and two months later he was hospitalized for dementia.
I think a practical test is required tbh.
