The new feature to identify cross posts is great, and understanding that it isn’t perfect, can another be implemented to filter out those posts and just leave the original?

I’m not sure I understand. You want to completely hide any post that contains a crosspost?

If possible, yes, since most crossposts contain nothing in addition to the original. Just a toggle to autohide the same posts that voyager assigns the embedded tag. Multiple crossposts is just feed clutter unless you’re someone who wants to see the comments for every crosspost. And it would be a solution to not wanting to see all of the copies, but not being able to figure out which communities to block or unsubscribe from since any one of them could contain the original.

edit: just a thought, although I just realized I could possibly achieve the same thing by adding “crosspost” and “cross-post” as filter keywords. I’m not sure if those work on text in the post body.

          Yes, I know.

I don’t care about reading or keeping up with all the comments for every crosspost, so I’d like the option to filter them out.

A crosspost might show up in your subs that you may not have seen in the All feed. Just sayin’ you may miss something of interest.
